We've got the greatest fans in the whole world, we'll find a few more along the way

Most of the lights are hung and focused, the curtains are up, the stage is painted and the audio cables are starting
Screens are coming, painting is mostly finished, two walls have been dismantled and one has been demolished
The outside wall has a shiny coat of new black paint and preparations to quietly sneak a mural up have begun
The basement is a clean classroom space with a desk, the wireless network is beaming data in and out and the phone and fax machine are set up

The city is being slow, Shelter is being awesome, the casts of the shows are being patient
We got our first utility bills, an endowment from the Murray family foundation and our Sewer Access Charges
The neighbors are very welcoming, the students are energetic and audiences seem interested.

Overheard In Minneapolis is coming back, so is Ka-Baam!!
The Mustache Rangers will have their own show
Show X and IAGG will be moving into HUGE at different times
the Twin Cities Improv Festival will be here in June

I can't remember a time when I have been busier, happier and more nervous.
