If I had anymore potential I would have to be twins

the snow has stolen my will to blog -

this is the time of year that really gets me (and pretty much everyone else I know), that last sucker punch of winter before the big thaw really starts.  Doesn't matter of you know it's coming, it still sucks.  All the same I've really been trying to avoid sitting down to blog about the weather so let's just say we all know it sucks.

New improv show update - PUNCH OUT is back!
Starting April 4th at the Brave New Workshop - 11pm - $10
Two improv groups will duke it out on stage for cash, prizes and a performance spot before the Saturday night BNW mainstage improv set!!
First bout schedule coming soon.

as with everything we do here we need your help getting the wheels off the ground.  Tell your friends, tell your co-workers and come see the show.   If you want more improv in your city, go see more improv when it comes - simple as that.

In other weirdness, the boys are getting ready for their spring show at the circus and it's about the cutest thing ever seen by human eyes.  They've been practicing the march, going through their little tumbling and acrobat course, learning when to spring up and throw their arms in the air with a big Ta-DA! to extract applause from the audience and line back up for the big bow.

once they get through the advanced trampoline moves I will begin training them on the Ninja Warrior obstacle course I will have to build in the woods behind our house.  Then, after years of harsh training,  they will conquer Japan with twin displays of acrobatics and ridiculous endurance  - finally fulfilling their father's childhood ambitions.

those other stage-parents have no idea how potential they're wasting teaching their kids to be pretty and sing.  we shall rule the Japanese underworld.

alright, the snow is getting to me.

I'd just like to note that, as of what, 2005(?), Fingergun remains the reigning Improv Punch-Out!! champeens.

Japanese underworld?! Too small. Now the Canadian underworld...there's something that should be conquered!
